"Stablecoin" was still a buzzword and education was broken across different communities. People knew stablecoins mattered, but had no source of knowledge from industry leaders to actually learn their value and also see how to use them
02 · Our Approach
We brought builders, partners, products and creators together
We contributed to stablecoin education and adoption in Africa with a partnership-backed sprint, pairing live sessions with real builders, products, content and incentives.
What I Did
- Co-organised the sprint in partnership with Base West Africa, Uglycash and cNGN, aligning an L2 blockchain, a local stablecoin and a stablecoin neobank around one shared campaign
- Led creative direction for sprint materials, including the campaign poster, session promotion and social content
- Co-facilitated partnerships and sponsorships that brought credibility and resources to the sprint
- Represented Onboard on a live session, bridging practical product use cases with a broader stablecoin view
- Helped 10+ African stablecoin products showcase their features, giving builders more visibility
03 · What We Featured
What the sprint covered
6 live sessions, 1 content challenge and 10+ African products, all in one sprint.
Session flyers and content-challenge flyers from the sprint
04 · Results
The sprint reached well beyond its sessions
The numbers showed what happens when education, partnership and incentive come together.
